The size of the pools was impressive, never felt crowded which was so nice for relaxing. Also, met this fantastic assistant manager named Mr Magdy who was always checking on us, made us feel cared for like we were his own family.

Additionally, the check-in process can be painfully slow, which might dampen your arrival experience.
